Dannika Kaup

Senior

Parents: Jason & Kay kaup

"Dannika broke the 100 meter hurdle record which was 16.03 seconds and set in 2002. She had broken the record twice before but broke it for a final time at State setting the new record at 15.52. She now owns both hurdle records for Hoven High School. She also ran her PR in the open 200 at state track with a time of 27.13. I have coached her since her seventh grade year and have seen her grow as an athlete and as a person. Dannika you have represented our school and community well and we are all very proud of you." - Coach Rausch
